모멘트캡슐#3은 전남대학교 공과대학의 70주년 기념조형물로 70년의 시간, 7000개의 타임캡슐 이라는 주제로 디자인되었고 전남대학교 캠퍼스 안에 설치되어 있다. 앞선 버전들보다 규모는 작고, 모양은 원형에 가까워서 보다 완결된 형태를 갖추고 있다 .  일부 모듈의 뒷면을 막아 70주년을 상징하는 숫자 70이 조형물의 뒷면에 드러나도록 설계했다. 

Moment Capsule #3 is a commemorative sculpture for the 70th anniversary of Chonnam National University’s College of Engineering, designed around the theme of "70 years, 7000 time capsules." It is installed on the university campus. Compared to previous versions, it is smaller in scale and has a shape that is closer to circular, giving it a more complete form. The back of some modules is closed off to reveal the number 70, symbolizing the 70th anniversary, on the back of the sculpture.
