이 작품은 제천이라는 장소가 청풍명월이라 불릴 정도로 천혜의 날씨를 가진것에서 모티브를 얻어 디자인되었다 4개의 조형물은 각각 태양, 구름, 달, 그리고 비봉산의 상징인 봉황의 날개짓을 의미한다. 

This work is inspired by the exceptional weather of the location known as Jecheon, often referred to as "Cheongpung Myeongwol." The four sculptures represent the sun, clouds, the moon, and the flapping wings of the phoenix, which symbolizes Bibong Mountain.
