모멘트캡슐#2 는 청풍호반케이블카  상부정류장 전망대에 자리하고 있다.기존의 오리지널 버전이 청풍호반 정상의 광할한 부지를 만나 좀 더 확대대고 지형과 인프라에 맞게 변형되었다.  캡슐을 보관하고 다시 찾기위해 재방문을 하는 관객들을 겨냥해 시즌별 캡슐 이벤트도 다양하게 고안되었다. 투입한 캡슐은  2년 간 보관 가능하며, 이 작품은 시간이 지남에 따라 관람객들이 넣은 캡슐로 채워지면서 완성되어간다. 

Moment Capsule #2 is located at the observation deck of the Cheongpung Lake Cable Car's upper terminal. The original version has been expanded and modified to fit the terrain and infrastructure of the Cheongpung Lake area. Various seasonal capsule events have been designed to attract visitors who return to store and retrieve their capsules. The capsules can be stored for up to two years, and this artwork gradually fills up with the capsules placed by visitors over time, completing the installation..
