'시의 숲(Poetic Forest)'은 경남 사천시, 박재삼 문학의 거리에 있는 조형물이다.  이 작품은 박재삼 시인의 삶과 시가 주는 메세지를 그대로 투영하여 디자인되었다. 박재삼 시인은 사천을 대표하는 문인으로, 서민의 정서를 음악적 운율로 진솔하게 시에 담아내어 김소월, 김영랑 시인의 계보를 잇는 서정 시인이라 평가받고 있다. 시의 숲은 스테인레스 스틸 강관이라는 투박한 구조재를 메인 재료로 고주파 밴딩 한 후 신중하고 정교하게 일정한 곡률을 쌓아가며 전체 형상을 완성했다. 시의 운율은 굽이치는 곡률이 되어 음악적 리듬을 만들고 각각의 기둥에는 시어들이 촘촘히 새겨져 있어서 78개의 열주가 모여 숲이 되었다. 서민적 일상의 삶을 살았던 박재삼 시인의 모습처럼 이 작품은 지나가는 행인 누구나 머물 수 있는 벤치이기도 하다.

 The 'Poetic Forest' is a sculpture located in Park Jaesam Literature Street in Sacheon, Gyeongnam. Poet Park Jaesam, who represents Sacheon, is recognized as a lyrical poet following the lineage of poets Kim Sowol and Kim Yeongrang. He sincerely captured the emotions of the common people with musical rhythm in his poetry. The Poetic Forest was completed by carefully and meticulously bending crude structural material, stainless steel pipes, using high-frequency bending, to build a consistent curvature. The rhythm of poetry becomes a flowing curve in this work, creating a musical rhythm, and each pillar is densely engraved with poetic words, forming a forest of 78 columns engraved with poetry. Additionally, just as Park Jaesam lived among the everyday lives of citizens, this work also serves as a bench where any passerby can rest.
